Chatter Matters

Chatter Matters is a custom page developed in Salesforce.com to help new users get up to speed with the features and functionality of Chatter.

Chatter Matters was a concept to help both introduce new users to Chatter features and functionality as well as re-educate existing users on the basics. The page was designed as one experience - all sections being discovered via jQuery and CSS transformations.

The resulting engagement level has improved and we continue to add resources to the page.
